ARIA · Advanced Research + Invention Agency (UK)
Science & Technology Lead, Enduring Atmospheric Platforms Programme
I run ARIA’s Enduring Atmospheric Platforms Programme (EndAP), a UK effort to prove that low-cost, long-endurance aircraft can hold station above commercial airspace and deliver regionally scalable high-altitude communications.
I lead the program’s science and technology, manage its funded teams and test partners, and steer every platform toward the program’s Final Exam.

Assessing Neurocognitive Resilience
Member of the research team on a four-year, ONR-funded study of rapid cognitive assessment and training for military readiness.
I helped shape the program’s metrics and transition plan, lead coordination with the Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory and the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute, and map the science to the jobs, units and tasks where it can change readiness outcomes.
U.S. Naval Research Laboratory
Fleet Integration
Connecting NRL Space Sciences researchers with the fleet operators their work is meant to serve.
I identify the commands and users who need the science, broker access, run facilitated engagements between scientists and warfighters, and brief researchers on the operational and acquisition realities that decide whether their work transitions.
